Good post fluids. Hey, I am a long term shareholder (alot longer than I care to admit..Ha!) and want to believe in the company and its vision, BUT, to see an erosion of stock price get rewarded (by the BOD) is VERY frustrating.
They can talk about EBIDTA, "well positioned", "the logical consolidator", "we are in the first inning"...blah, blah, blah.... all they want...but...as shareholders...when does the ACTUAL SHARE PRICE INCREASE!! We may be all dead by then...and maybe our kids inherit this mess!!
