U better not hang around here then! It's the same ole story with the same ole debates and the same ole bull/bear players with some psuedos/monikers/handles changed to protect the criminals, but the conclusion is always the same: Level 3 is a bastard child that "no can do" with their stock price shoulders pinned to the mat.   

 

Comparing Blow_Hard's gnat of a company, Cogent, who aid and abet content pirates X the globe, is an outrage. The how, why and who ultimately takes them down, I mean "over," will be interesting. I expect a big telecom or cable company. Then we will know how and why they are substantiated in the market considering what a GNAT they truly are notwithstanding the nose bleeding P/S they receive.   IMO
