but the larger point is that if there is so much growth in public debt it inevitably leads to slow or no growth and less tax revenues devoted to care of the needy....you certainly can capture the assets of the wealthy thru confiscation or confiscatory taxes but that will last 2/3/4 yrs and then all gone....I assume the leftist priests at Georgetown know that the poor and needy will need to eat after 2116 !!!
