There are far more instances of patient death in for profit hospice care for simple things.  Even some that were successfully prosecuted for negligent homicide of the individuals involved.  Far more than that in government run facilities including VA.  Pointing to one case is really meaningless without a look at the big picture.  And in that picture, for profit really stinks.
