Re: NNN - D PB,
I also own O-F, the newly issued Preferred series F that has identical yield to NNN-D.
My goal is to achieve a steady and dependable income stream, and I believe that both NNN-D and O-F affords me that, with maybe less volatility and gyrations. I also am covered in the REIT healthcare area by owning HCN-I.
However, your point about common stock is well taken; I will DD on both O and NNN, and may add a few shares.
