Re: GMLP Issues Outlook for 2012 and Beyond in Earnings Release GMLP, though a partnership, does not issue a K-1 -- you are correct. GLNG would fit my comfort zone better, but at this point, I feel that maybe I'd be chasing it. Buying a good business, but a stock that has already priced in that growth. Just my feeling. I may be wrong. But it's one that I think I missed on.
