Saw a couple of strange K1 forms today.  Friend moved KMP from taxable account to a revocable living trust. Got a final K1 for the taxable and a new K1 for the living trust (which gets treated the same way for taxes as any other taxable account).  No Sales Schedule so evidently not a taxable event ????   However Capital Account on new K1 looks screwed up -  should reflect what was in the old cap account before transfer if this is a non-taxable event. .Numbers reflect a new purchase on the new K1.
