Thoughts on NRGYNow trading at about $19, with new distribution level set at $1.50, I believe, and the prospect of receiving about .11 share of SPH for every share of NRGY SPH now at about $42). Rough reckoning tells me I'll end up with a midstream storage MLP with cash to spend and a current distribution and in the range of 10% after all is said and done. Where am I wrong? No question NRGY management keeps their feet moving!
