Exactly.

From where I am sitting, any argument by the panel about REMS will surely hinder the outlook. And perhaps put us in the same difficult boat Jim Stevens chooses to describe what he sees going forward for VVUS.

My outlook for VVUS, either they will be acquired or they do the post PDUFA studies on their own. It will not dampen the PPS enthusiasm one twit for VVUS, nor slow down THAT train from leaving the station (which it basically already has)...and the PPS will continue to roll upward.

The panel vote had better be similar to the VVUS vote.
