you fail to address the elephant in the room.... Belviq is already partnered with a company called Eisai... In fact 100% of the sales are controlled by Eisai. A big Pharma buying ARNA right now would only be buying 35% of US revenue they don't control + the ROW...
That is why you can count me as a big doubter that any big pharma buy out is in the works.
