Re: Adding non-italic text within italicised textThanks. Yes, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't. I'll try to log the steps next time it happens. IIRC, it mostly happens when I take an article from the web, paste it into Word, remove all formatting and reformat as Font Arial, Size 10, Paragraph Spacing at Before 0, After 0. I then take extracts from the Word document and paste them into IV.
