Lloyd,I realise you don't like this family run REIT,but Mark crunched some #s the other day and came to conclusion, that Artis is a buy up to $15,50. So,I'm holding on,even though I got in @ $12.51. Remind you,I only have 1,000 units-actually 1,067 with the DRIP. As of this writing,it's trading at $16.58.
