Amazingthat the SCOTUS is able to sift through the obamacare documents and render a decision in less than 4 months since the oral arguments and the CAFC is still unable to decide in IDCC vs. ITC 1 and a half years after oral argument. Is their any doubt that the CAFC is corrupted? It would be funny if I wasn't a US citizen. This is more reminiscent of a banana republic judiciary.
