The ITC document to which you are referring was info available on EDIS yesterday, July 9th - and was just the public version of the ALJ's initial determination to terminate the LG investigation. That was originally ordered and filed over a month ago on June 4th. The actual document "Notice of Commission Determination Not to Review an Initial Determination Terminating Certain Respondents from the Investigation", which was referenced in today's 8-K, was filed and available to the public on July 6th. Any trading reaction to this would have (or has) already happened.
