I respectfully disagree. The case will be prepped by a law firm with some draw on on HDY management but not much more at this point. Prepping the filing is the big draw until depositions (or the U.K equivalent) are required, IF they ever are.
More importantly, potential partners are not looking at the shallow water prospects. They are looking at the 3D from the deep water fans. That area is not affected by the lawsuit.
I appreciate the concern but the sky is not falling.
