Overall an excellent presentation with considerably more emphasis on the positives of Sabu-1 and some real nuggets about the concession, farm-in partners ("lined up out the door.."), etc. Our first look at the new 3D seismic and what sounded like a bit of excitement in Ray's otherwise monotone delivery.
I just wish he wouldn't waste 2:30 talking about how HDY used to be a software company. It comes across as defensive and sets an uncomfortable tone for the presentation. It would be better to spend 30 seconds explaining that HDY emerged from a seismic software company called SCS and was transformed in 2009 by a complete replacement of senior management. Then, "Since 2009, here's what we've accomplished"...
Everyone should listen to the presentation and look at the slides. Just skip the first 2:30!
