How can I attend the Annual Meeting?
Must be a shareholder as of April 18, 2012.
Attendance at the Annual Meeting is limited to shareholders. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on the date of the Annual Meeting, and each shareholder will need proof of identification with valid picture identification such as a driver’s license or passport and verification of stock ownership as of the Record Date, April 18, 2012.
The use of cell phones, smartphones, pagers, recording and photographic equipment and/or computers are not permitted in the meeting room at the Annual Meeting.
