Re: Apple Source Code, Harvey Keitel and BushmillsExcuse my ignorance, but are the technology and the source code separately covered by the patents in question?
Could the infringer develop their own source code using the pirated hardware/technology? Or maybe sufficiently obscure new source code to disguise its origin?
Could an expert be able tell that the new source code was developed from VHC's technology?
Any info appreciated
