I attended last year's ASM and have attended other stockholder meetings for other companies in the past. Any material information that might be discussed at the ASM would need to be released to the public prior to the meeting.

The major advantage for attending the ASM is to look the officers of the corporation in the eye and ask them the questions you have always wanted to know. They will answer with out sharing material information, but the opportunity to get to know the officers and meet with other shareholders makes it well worth the cost to attend.
