Re: Reason for the increase? Easily my favorite part of the Order: "Should SAIC’s document production warrant Defendants a good faith reason as to why amendment of their Answers or invalidity contentions are necessary, VirnetX and SAIC should not unreasonably object. However, Defendants should not use this as an opportunity to create controversy where none exists." Note the words in bold (emphasis in original). Do you think this gives some indication as to the Judge's current perception of Defendants' efforts? I do.
