VIRNETX, INC.’S MOTION TO COMPEL AGAINST APPLE INC. Complainant VirnetX, Inc. (“VirnetX”), Respondent Apple Inc. (“Apple”), and the Office of Unfair Import Investigations respectfully submit this joint motion for an extension of time of seven (7) days until March 26, 2012, for: Apple Inc. to respond to Complainant VirnetX, Inc’s Motion for an Order Compelling Production from Respondent Apple Inc. (Motion No. 818-002). The parties are seeking this extension in order to allow more time to resolve this dispute without Court intervention. Specifically, the parties agreed that Apple would provide certain information by March 21, 2012, relating to this motion, and that VirnetX would provide certain information by March 23, 2012, in response, in an effort to resolve this dispute without Court intervention. Counsel for VirnetX and Apple and Supervising Attorney Thomas S. Fusco agreed to this extension during a meet and confer on March 16, 2012."
