KL Could sell some stock to pay off the credit line.
But IMO and as he said, the value is 90% unrealized at this time, so he probably will wait till it is more fairly valued and then sell much less to pay off the credit line.
Also he has integrity and leadership and probably wants to continue to support the shareholders. He knows if he sells, the market makers will use that as a negative sign and try to continue to drive the price down, so he elected this path.
