I'm trying to understand your position. If what you now say is true you want Allie to testify because he knows the truth about the patent. However you also think that AAPL should be able to tell him indirectly to lie. The judge wants Allie to testify and he wants him to tell the truth. He agrees with you that by consulting with AAPL lawyers the truth may never be found. How would you, as the judge, prevent AAPL from obfuscasting the truth?
